Call to order 6:37 PM by Kris H

• April minutes approval (no minutes were submitted from April at Wood River Garden Store Preview)
• Treasurer’s report: approved
• Upcoming event: Grantoberfest
• Committee reports: All plantings around the community were great!! 4-H watered at fairgrounds. Kudos to them!!!
• Sign Garden Clean-up: September 27, 5:50
• Holiday in Park: Ideas discussed. Linnea to ask Wayne Lake about a wagon. (She did, he isn’t sure) 
• No old business (correction/addition, Recap of 30th anniversary was discussed)
• New business:  Annual plant exchange. Thanks to all who brought plants!!
• Sign up for next year. Dues are due.
• Brag time:  Rhonda has a beautiful new garden shed.  Blue ribbons by members of club at fair.
• Suggestion to use library for the Christmas party. Easier access. 2019
• Kris recommended a book, “The well-tended Perennial Garden”
• Next meeting:  Oct 11. Kris and Ruth: Scandinavian gardens and travel presentation
